Rules & Regulations
We are currently in the process of getting all of the rules written up and posted on the website.
Basic Co ed rules:
Hockey requires a minimum of 2 girls on each team (goalie included) on the ice at any given time. Hockey games will be 50 mins. Two 10-min stop time, third period will be run time with whatever time is left in the 50mins. Minor penalties in the third period will be 3mins.
Volleyball is 6 on 6 with a minimum 3 girls and 3 guys alternating on the court at all times. Volleyball match will consist of 3 games to 25
Slopitch- minimum 5 girls on the field at all times and alternating male/female batting order. Slopitch will have a 1hr 15min time limit or 7 innings -whichever comes first.
Basic Men’s and Women’s Rules:

Volleyball is 6 on 6. Volleyball match will consist of 3 games to 25
Slopitch- minimum 9 players on the field, maximum of 10. Slopitch will have a 1hr & 15min time limit or 7 innings -whichever comes first. Mercy rule in effect
